About The Developer & The Mission

Hi, I'm Matt, player tag CiTech.

I've been on the ground playing Last War: Survival actively for nearly two years. Over that time, I've experienced firsthand what it takes to stay organized as a player, track tasks, manage a top-tier alliance, coordinate war efforts, optimize daily arms races, and keep a community of 100+ players moving in the same direction.

As a software developer and an active player, I quickly realized that spreadsheets and messy chat apps weren't cutting it for high-level alliance coordination. I built CITech Tools to solve my own game problems — and to give dedicated players and alliance leaders the professional-grade tracking, calculation, and strategy tools they need to dominate.

Why This Tool Exists

• Built by a Player, for Players: This isn't a generic gaming site. Every calculator, event countdown, and data dashboard on this platform was designed based on two years of actual in-game experience, testing, and mechanics tracking.
• Alliance-Scale Organization: Managing scores, contributions, and schedules for an alliance shouldn't feel like a second job. These tools are built to streamline communication and automate the heavy lifting of data tracking.
• Data-Driven Victory: From optimizing your building and tech queues to maximizing your efficiency during server-wide events, our mission is to turn complex game data into clear, actionable strategies.

This platform is a passion project built entirely to support the community, help individual players unlock their full potential, and keep alliances running like finely-tuned machines.

1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you create an account, we collect your email address and a chosen display name (gamer tag), and store authentication state via Firebase Authentication.
• In-App Data You Provide: Squad power numbers, personal timers, scheduled events, alliance assignments, notes, and any guides or reports you create. This data is stored in Google Firestore so we can render it back to you and your alliance.
• Push Notification Tokens: If you grant notification permission, a Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token tied to your device is stored so we can deliver alliance and timer alerts.
• Billing Identifiers: When you start a paid subscription, our payment processor (Stripe) issues us a customer ID and subscription status. We never see or store your full card number.
• Log Files & Diagnostics: Standard server logs (IP address, browser/user-agent, page paths, timestamps) used for debugging and abuse prevention.
• Cookies & Local Storage: Used to keep you signed in, remember preferences, and (for ads) to support third-party advertising partners. See section 3.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, operate, and maintain the Platform and its features.
• Render your data back to you and (where you choose) to other members of your alliance.
• Send transactional and timer-based push notifications you have opted into.
• Process subscriptions, billing, and the rewarded-ad daily access flow.
• Improve, personalize, and expand the Service, and prevent abuse.
• Communicate with you about account, billing, or service issues.

3. Advertising, Cookies & Tracking

We display advertisements through Google AdSense and may use other programmatic ad networks. These partners may use cookies (including the Google DART cookie) and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to our site and other sites on the internet.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We rely on a small set of trusted vendors to operate the Service. They process data only on our behalf, under their own privacy policies:

• Google Firebase (authentication, Firestore database, Cloud Functions, Cloud Messaging, Hosting) — firebase.google.com/support/privacy

5. Data Retention

We retain account and game-tracking data for as long as your account remains active. If you delete your account or request deletion, we will remove the associated user document and personal data from Firestore within 30 days, except where we are legally required to keep certain billing or fraud-prevention records.

6. Your Rights

Depending on where you live (e.g., the EU/UK under GDPR, California under CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction or deletion of your personal data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing, including ad personalization.
• Export a copy of your data in a portable format.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top of this notice. Material changes will be highlighted on the site.

The Platform provides calculation, planning, tracking, and management utilities specifically designed for players and alliances of the mobile game Last War: Survival.

Critical Legal Notice: CITech Tools is an independent, unofficial fan-made utility. We are not affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with First Fun, Funfly Pte. Ltd., or any of their subsidiaries or affiliates. The official Last War: Survival website can be found at lastwargame.com.

All game-related names, images, assets, logos, and trademarks are the sole property of their respective copyright owners. The use of any game assets on this Platform is intended strictly for non-commercial identification, educational, and analytical purposes under Fair Use principles.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

• Age: You must be at least 13 years old to use this Service.
• Account Security: To unlock specific alliance tracking tools and persistent features, you may be required to register an account. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Prohibited Behavior: You agree not to use the Platform to scrape data, attempt unauthorized access to our Firestore backends, reverse-engineer the application code, or disrupt service for other alliance members.

3. Monetization, Subscriptions, and Ad Networks

• Advertisements: The Platform may display advertisements served via Google AdSense or other third-party programmatic ad networks. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to the placement of these ads on our public and authenticated views.
• Premium Subscriptions: Certain group features, alliance-wide tracking boards, or advanced tools may require a paid premium membership handled securely via our third-party payment processor, Stripe.
• Billing & Cancellations: Premium subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings dashboard. Refunds are governed by our underlying refund policy and are processed at our sole discretion.

4. Third-Party Game Integrity (No Cheats / Hacks)

The Platform is strictly an informational and strategic utility tool.

• We do not provide, distribute, or facilitate hacks, automated bots, scripts, or modification software designed to alter the code or gameplay mechanics of Last War: Survival.
• Use of our analytical tables, countdown timers, and calculation dashboards does not violate the First Fun Code of Conduct, as it does not tamper with or directly interface with the game client or servers.

5. Intellectual Property

• Our Content: The proprietary software, custom tracking algorithms, UI design, text, graphs, database schemas, and codebase powering CITech Tools are the exclusive intellectual property of CITech Services.
• User Content: Any alliance data, interaction logs, or notes you submit to your private dashboard remain your data. However, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data strictly to provide the Service to you and your alliance.

6. Limitation of Liability & "As-Is" Clause

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

• We do not guarantee that the mathematical projections, event timers, or optimization data presented by our tools will perfectly match game updates, as game balancing patches are completely outside of our control.
• In no event shall we be liable for any in-game actions taken against your player account by the official game publishers, nor for any loss of data, revenue, or downtime associated with the use of our Platform.

7. Termination

We reserve the right, without notice and in our sole discretion, to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Platform if we determine that you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive behavior toward the community, or compromised backend security.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
